1. You have no right to re-sell my art or use it for commercial purposeses under any circumstances.

   • You DO NOT have the right to sell your commissions for NFT.

   • You DO NOT have the right to use my art as a base for training AI.

   • You are, however, free to print commissioned art you paid for for your own personal use; that includes putting it on a mug, t-shirt, sticker, etc.

2. You may repost the art I did for you only with a proper credit. Do not repost art that has not been made for you.

3. I still own my art and have the full right to use it on my site and social media. I also can ask you to remove my art from your profile/site if you repost it without credit and/or my permission.

4. Even if a piece has been done for you, you may not trace or edit it without my permission.

5. Do not remove my watermark/signature from my art.

6. I do refunds if needed, but never 100% due to processing fees.​

7. After your commission has been finished I can only make small corrections, such as adding a marking I've missed. I do always send a colored sketch​ for revisions and it's your only chance to ask for bigger changes.

8. I send out invoices and require minimum 50% of the payment upfront before I start working.​
